  Staub Leadership Consultants (SLC) has developed one of the most unique business ideas to help business people create revenue and partnerships by combining the art of leadership development and playing golf. This is a fun-filled training and educational experience with the added benefit of improving your golf game. This is also about bringing awareness to all the things we do that interfere with our inability to achieve satisfying results, enjoyment, as well as the bottom-line.

SLC with the sponsorship of Wachovia Bank and Dixon Odom offers a unique and entertaining corporate leadership design providing participants the opportunity to gain leadership skills, while improving their game of golf. It is known that people tend to behave in similar ways, no matter in what activity or with whom we are engaged. This is especially true if the engagement is of significant duration as in a job or relationship. Golf offers an immediate, practical and rewarding venue to apply corporate leadership concepts that will improve our work responses and relationships.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore executive leadership concepts that relate to both the work site and the golf course. A classroom environment will be constructed by SLC where participants will be able to explore their leadership styles and issues. A former LPGA pro and active NCAA golf coach will reinforce the correct aspects of playing golf successfully and will offer examples of how we limit or defeat positive response patterns on the golf course leading to negative results. The same response patterns are applicable to the work place.

The participants will then play 18 holes of golf where they will apply the executive leadership and golf lessons in a team competition format on the golf course. Individual attention will be given to participants in both the leadership area and golf skills.
